I am an ACE Certified Personal trainer with over 20 years of experience as an athlete and 2 years as a coach. I am here to help all age groups genders and walks of life achieve their goals and dreams. My specialties are running kettlebells and conditioning. I have competed in the Xterra Games as a trail runner for multiple years now and I have won various race types in both overall competitors and my age group (25-29). I am pouring forth all my efforts to take amateurs to the professional level someday and look forward to owning my own private gym.
