Rogue Community Health is a nonprofit community health center that serves nearly 15000 patients in Jackson County Oregon regardless of insurance or ability to pay. We offer a generous sliding-fee discount for all of our services to all income-eligible patients. Services include medical care dental care behavioral health integrative health pharmacy pediatrics school-based health centers and community resource navigation. Our mission is to improve health especially for the most vulnerable in partnership with our community.
