About Reframe Therapy
Reframe Therapy provides professional counseling for children, teens, and adults at our Provo, Utah office, with virtual therapy available throughout Utah and Idaho. We specialize in anxiety, OCD (including scrupulosity), perfectionism, trauma, depression,shame, relationship challenges, ADHD, parenting concerns, and life transitions. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, ERP, EMDR, and ART, tailoring treatment to each client's goals and values. Faith-based counseling is available upon request.
