We were established by the mother son team of Edna and Bill Pugerude in their home in 1957. Through the 60's & 70's customers flocked to Pugerudes looking for the unique BeautiPleat Drapery system. In 1979 Edna retired and Glenda Bill's wife joined the business. Through the 80's & 90's as drapery fell out of vogue Bill and Glenda provided clients with an ever increasing selection of blinds and shades. It was also during this time that their daughter Jill was learning the ropes of the custom window fashions business. She attended the Art Institute and earned her degree in Interior Design. In 2001 as Bill & Glenda prepared to retire Jill's husband Dave joined the family business. Today Jill and Dave continue to serve customers with the best in custom window coverings & treatments. Adding custom upholstery to the offering of services Pugerudes continues to provide customers with excellent service and value for custom home furnishings.
