Jolley Precast began in 1923 by William Jolley with the manufacturing of concrete well tile for his hand dug well business. His son Clarence expanded the business and product line to include septic tanks and leaching products. As the family grew so did the business and product line. Bulkheads steps commercial and industrial sized tanks catch basins and most recently manholes added. We also stock an extensive line of 4\ u201D and 6 pipes and fittings.
